The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.  LOCATION: LAS VEGAS, E. CHARLESTON BLVD, NV

• Plan his/her shifts
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
• Assist the General Manager
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
• Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
• Open/close restaurant
• Assist with inventory (logging)
• Assist with staffing needs
• Assist with controllables and labor
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be fluent in English & Spanish
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
• Ability to work with computers
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
• Must pass background check
