Responsibilities
Anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary
Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, dumpster, and utility work areas
Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary
Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Add Cashier duties
Preparation of food/food safety guidelines
Order accuracy
Ensuring parking lot is clean of trash/debris
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
