Overview

Tthe Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing strategies to enhance the perception, recognition, and value of the Pollo Campero brand throughout the U.S. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position will drive initiatives to maintain brand consistency, enhance brand equity, and maximize brand visibility across all channels. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the marketing cross-functional leads and agencies to brief clear objectives to inspire breakthrough creative strategies for all channels, including PR/experiential, point of sale, digital advertising, social media, local store marketing, etc.
  • Provide brand and strategy based feedback on local and national creative as well as any Franchise based intitiatives.
  • Gather, curate and share consumer, industry, and competitive trends to inform innovation and creative development.
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing materials and communications to maintain brand integrity.
  • Management of creative marketing workstreams that support market testing and national calendar windows inclusive of TV/OLV development, 360 campaign planning, budget and agency relationship ownership and overall project management.
  • Generate detailed and actionable post project learning summaries to inform future considerations and optimizations that are appropriate for both cross functional and executive team settings.
  • Manages the workflow of projects – working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to ensure that all projects are accurate, effective, and deliver on schedule. Looking for continuous improvement opportunities for the campaign management and development processes.
  • Ability and passion for deeply understanding consumer needs and turning insights into actions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of Brand Management experience within the restaurant industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing marketing campaigns that drive business results for restaurant brands.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience analyzing and interpreting complex data
  • Reliability and strong ability to balance multiple work streams/priorities at once
  • Detail-oriented with expert time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused, creative, innovative and agile thinker and storyteller.
  • Experience with managing and analyzing digital channels particularly website and/or CRM
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Based in Dallas, TX area, and ability to travel 20-40% of the time.

Pay Range

USD $112,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
