Overview

The HR Coordinator (Project Management) plays a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of human resources functions, with a primary focus on supporting openings project management, talent project management, and event logistics. The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with Operations, Training, other HR team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the processes that will be supporting.

Responsibilities

The position includes but is not limited to below key responsibilities:

Openings Project Management:

  • Maintain timelines for Opening HR processes.
  • Provide timely follow-up and reminders to stakeholders to ensure adherence to HR timelines in meetings and Monday.com tool.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and escalate any issues or delays as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in recruitment activities.
  • Coordinates all the tools needed for HR Opening Process (HR Marketing Materials, Team Member Event, posters per location, etc.)

 

Talent Project Management:

  • Communicate and provide regular updates on progress of project to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track participation and feedback for training sessions and other talent development activities.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or obstacles and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.

 

Event Logistics:

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, such as networking events, and training sessions.
  • Arrange venue bookings, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other logistical requirements.
  • Communicate event timelines to vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor event preparations and provide support as needed to meet deadlines
  • Create event agendas and coordinate speakers, presenters, and participants.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Works

 

Others:

  • Support corporate HR and CMI on projects/initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment and project management.
  • Understanding of talent HR Processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel 20%
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
