We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting day-to-day IT Help Desk operations. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to IT infrastructure and service improvements.

• Maintain IT inventory and track assets
• Computer Imaging, setup and configuration
• Support special IT projects and documentation efforts
• Inform and provide visibility to the IT areas on risks and areas of improvement in the services provided for strengthening IT solutions that will guarantee their availability.
• Obtain feedback from internal customers about the service provided seeking improvement in the service and satisfaction of the internal customers.
• Deliver service related to the IT support according to the current service catalog guaranteeing the continuity of the operation and providing IT support in a timely manner and in accordance with the service agreements established.
• Support onboarding tasks such as account setup, password resets, and access requests
• Assist with system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT staff as needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Previous Internship experience is a plus
